Drupal is a free open source content management system (CMS) that allows users to easily publish, manage and organize content on a website. We choose to build sites using Drupal because we love its power and flexibility. Drupal is very expandable; the core Drupal installation covers the basics that you will need for your site, while contributed modules can be added based on specific needs for a site.

If you were simply purchasing a theme, yes. But when you use Wavebrain to build and bring your site online, the answer is no.

Wavebrain designs themes for Drupal sites, but we don't stop there. We know that you should be focusing on building your business, not trying to learn how to build your website.

We will install and configure Drupal on the web server of your choice, then build your website with the site design you select from our gallery.

All you'll need to do is maintain your content through a simple user interface already built into Drupal. And if you don't want to do that, we give you the option to let us do that, too.

No. We design and build sites, but we don't host them. For hosting recommendations, please visit our Resources section.

To build your site, we need some basic information and files from you. Prior to starting your site, we'll discuss your options for the customizable elements of the design you choose, but here's some basic information you should begin to think about:

Your logo. We'll drop your logo into the header area of your website. Ideally, please supply us with a vector file (typically created in Adobe Illustrator). If you don't have a vector file, please give us what you do have and we'll see if we can work with that format. If you don't have a logo, we'll create a simple type treatment for you.

Your menu structure. The menu items in each design are flexible. For example, a bookkeeper might want links for "About • Services • FAQs • Contact." A restaurant might need "Menu • About • Locations • Jobs • Contact." We'll customize your menu navigation to fit the needs of your business.

Your hosting information. To install and configure your website, we'll need to upload files to your web host. When you sign up for your web hosting, your host will supply you with information like your username, password, and host name, which you can forward to us so we can get the files online.

Content (optional.) Our basic site prices do not include populating your site with your content. However, we can do so for an additional fee.

Typically, we can have your site online within seven days, after you supply us with the information we need to install Drupal and your design on your web server.

Wavebrain doesn't just sell a theme; we also customize and launch your new site. What we do:

• Install and configure Drupal on the web server of your choice
• Install and configure necessary modules
• Insert your logo
• Customize color scheme to match your brand
• Create custom header image

If you choose the buyout, we will no longer sell this design after your purchase. This is for you if you want a unique design. However, anyone who purchased the design prior to you still retains the right to use the theme. If you want to know how many other sites are using the design you're considering, just ask.

When your purchase one of our designs, you're actually purchasing a license to use the design. Wavebrain retains the copyright to the website design. You may not give away, resell, or use the design on another site.

No. The images in our design are "for placement only" to show you the possibilities of how you can use images. Visit our Resources section for information on where you can find photography and graphics for your website if needed.
